Santa Teresa 1796 - Where the magic happens

Santa Teresa 1796 is an elegantly bold rum with blends up to 35 years aged in bourbon oak barrels, then further aged through the artisanal Solera method resulting in a dry, balanced and smooth rum.

This rum has the appearance of amber red and rich of thick tears, along with fruity aromas and notes of wood. It has a unique taste of vanilla, cinnamon, nuts, leather, dark chocolate, prunes, hints of pepper and honey.

  • 1 ½ parts of Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
  • ¼ part Demerara Syrup (1 part warer/ 1 part sugar in the raw)
  • 4 dashes Angostura® bitters



  • Build all ingredients in a mixing glass
  • Stir 30 – 40 seconds
  • Pour over ice a double old fashioned glass
  • Garnish with an orange twist
  • Last but not least, ENJOY!
