Have you ever wondered how else you can enjoy your Corona beer? We know Corona is already so good on its own but you can always elevate your drinking experience trying out this delicious beer cocktail. When made well, an authentic michelada is one of the most refreshing and flavorful beer drinks. Made from a mixture of Corona, hot sauce, fresh lime juice, and a savory ingredient such as Worcestershire sauce. The secret is striking the right balance, of course.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

-1 1/2 cups Corona beer

-1 1/2 cups clamato

-1/4 cup lime juice (=2 limes)

-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

-1 1/2 tsp hot sauce

-1 tsp maggi or soy sauce

-fresh ground pepper

-ice

-salt for rim

First, add all ingredients (except the salt) into a pitcher and stir to mix it. Wet rims of glasses and dip in salt. Last but not least, fill glass with ice, pour the mix into the glasses, dust with fresh ground pepper and garnish with lime slice if desired. Your authentic micheladas are ready to be served! Enjoy!
