Beergaritas coming right up!
One of the perks of living in the Caribbean is the ability to pull out the BBQ at any time, invite friends and family over and serve refreshing beergaritas. Beer and Margaritas are definitely a match made in cocktail heaven.
Ingredients:
- 1 12 ounce can frozen limeade concentrate
- 16 ounces light beer (2 cans)
- 3/4 cup tequila Patron
- Coarse salt and lime wedges for garnish.
Instructions:
Prepare the limeade according to package directions (usually you add 4 1/2 cans water)
Stir in the beer and tequila. Use more or less tequila to taste.
Dip the top of each margarita glass in water (or use a lime wedge to coat the top of the glass in lime juice) and then in salt to create the salt rim.
Serve over ice with lime wedges as garnish. Enjoy!
